If you need to return your Valera Screen, please follow the simple steps below:
1. Submit a return request to our customer service department at support@streamvalera.com. Please include the product being returned as well as the reason.
2. Our Customer Service Agents will email you with an RMA# and a Return Shipping Label to apply to the outside of your box. Just drop off the product with the shipping carrier designated on the label and you're done! Your unit must be received in our warehouse within 15 days of receiving the Return Shipping Label.
3. Returned products need to include all of the items that originally came in the box, including the original packaging with intact UPC barcode, manufacturers documentation, and any parts and accessories. Returns not sent back in the original box and packing materials will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns missing key items may be subject to an extra fee. In this case, our Customer Service Agent will first reach out to discuss with you.
Credit Processing:
Please allow 5-10 business days for all approved returns to be officially processed and credited to your account. Any credit will be issued on the same credit card with which the product was purchased.
